Shamrock Services is a locally owned, community-focused lawn care and landscaping company built on hard work, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship. Led by owner Travis Clemenger, the company serves homeowners throughout the Black Hills who want dependable service from a team they can trust on their property.
A Legacy Rooted in Family
The Shamrock name carries deep personal meaning. Travis is a second-generation Irish American, with grandparents who were born in Ireland and immigrated to the United States as young adults. His father, Kevin, was born in Boone, Iowa and carried that heritage forward when he founded Shamrock Concrete. He chose the Shamrock name to honor the family’s Irish roots and the values they stood for.
After Kevin’s passing, Travis made the decision to carry on his father’s legacy. Shamrock Services proudly uses the original Shamrock logo as a tribute, continuing the tradition of honest work, integrity, and pride that Kevin built the name on.
Experience You Can Count On
Born in Denver, Colorado in 1990, Travis brings years of hands-on experience to every job. Before launching Shamrock Services, he spent over a year and a half working with Bear Mountain Wildland Fire and Fire Mitigation, traveling across the country and gaining firsthand experience in demanding environments where attention to detail, safety, and reliability were essential.
That background shaped his work ethic and approach to service, showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and doing the job right the first time.
